2025年IEEE第六届计算机、大数据与人工智能国际会议（IEEE ICCBD+AI 2025）将于2025年11月21日至23日在中国厦门召开。本届会议由IEEE中国联合会、华侨大学主办，华南理工大学、石河子大学、广州大学网络空间安全学院、中国网络空间新兴技术安全创新论坛（新安盟）、爱迩思出版社、ESBK国际学术中心、AC学术平台协办。会议将围绕计算机、大数据和人工智能等相关研究领域特邀国内外数位在此领域学术卓越的学者专家做相关致辞与报告。

本届会议旨在搭建高性能计算机、大数据和人工智能领域的高 端前沿交流平台，促进国内外专家学者的交流与合作，推动大数据 技术产业的创新与发展。会议将汇聚专家、学者和产业人才，就国际热点话题、关键技术、产业发展与挑战等进行开放式研讨。

Xiaoli Li is the Department Head and Senior Principal Scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), A*STAR, Singapore, and an adjunct full professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. His research spans artificial intelligence, data mining, machine learning, and bioinformatics. He is an IEEE Fellow, a Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher, and ranked among the world’s top 2% scientists in AI by Stanford University and top computer scientists by Research.com.

Prof. Pietro Simone Oliveto

Southern University of Science and Technology

Pietro Oliveto is a Professor of Computer Science at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) Shenzhen, China.  Before moving to SUSTech he was Chair in Algorithms at the Department of Computer Science, University of Sheffield, UK. His main research interest is the performance analysis, in particular the time complexity, of bio-inspired computation techniques including evolutionary algorithms, genetic programming, artificial immune systems, hyper-heuristics and algorithm configurators. He is currently building a Theory of Artificial Intelligence Lab at SUSTech.

Prof. Qing Li

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University、IEEE FELLOW

Qing Li is a Chair Professor and Head of the Department of Computing, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include multi-modal data management, conceptual data modeling, social media, Web services, and e-learning systems. He has authored/co-authored over 500 publications in these areas, with over 47,200 citations and H-index of 90 (source: Google Scholars). He is actively involved in the research community and has served as Editor-in-Chief of Computer & Education: X Realitty (CEXR) by Elsevier, associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Artificial Intelligence (TAI) etc. Prof. Li is a Fellow of IEEE, AAIA, and IET.

Tong-Xing Zheng is an Associate Professor with Xi’an Jiaotong University. His research interests include B5G/6G wireless networks, physical layer security, covert communications, reconfigurable intelligent surface, and integrated sensing and communications. He has published 3 book/chapters and 100+ papers in wireless communications.

Kun Cao received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from East China Normal University, Shanghai China in 2020. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Cyber Security, Jinan University, Guangzhou, China. 作为会议的审稿专家参与支持，负责在专业领域内对稿件进行同行评审，组委会将颁发审稿专家证书。Reviewer申请需提供个人学术简历。

3.Workshop

针对会议主题组建workshop，并邀请相同研究领域的专家、学者加入，以分论坛形式展开研讨。注：研讨会形式可同时进行论文投稿、口头报告、听众参加，时长和具体流程可酌情而定。Workshop Chair申请需要提供个人学术简历。

4.Presenter

(1)口头报告：在大会上就报告人目前的研究等进行口头英文学术报告（不需要投稿），时长约10-15分钟。

(2)书面论文报告：在大会征稿主题范围内提交相关领域英文科技论文，评审通过后提交注册并收录到会议论文集。

(3)海报展示：投稿论文除进行现场或线上口头报告外，还可选择现场海报展示，将文章关键成果及摘要展示给现场参会嘉宾。

2.请根据以下几点准备您的论文：

(1)论文须是全英文原创稿件，非纯综述类，整体须符合科技论文要求，摘要、关键词和结论部分须体现会议主题，须有方法、图表、实验数据和结果，应具有学术或实用推广价值，且未在国内外学术期刊或会议发表过，双栏排版正文内容需满4页；

(2)作者可通过CrossRef查重，全文重复率不得超过25%（含文献），否则由文章重复率引起的被拒稿将由作者自行承担责任。

3.投稿后7-15个工作日内反馈审稿意见或录用通知；

4.若您的文章被录用，我们将以邮件形式通知您，您将收到以下文件：录用通知、审稿意见表、注册须知、会议注册表。

5. 请在收到录用通知后5个工作日内完成注册，并将文章终稿、注册表、查重报告、汇款凭证、学生证照片（学生注册）上传至投稿系统。如有特殊情况需要延期注册，请及时告知组委会。

出版信息

IEEE ICCBD+AI 2025投稿，都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，录用并完成注册的文章，将以会议论文集形式提交出版，收录至IEEE Xplore，并提交 EI Compendex 和 Scopus 数据库。往届录用文章均已成功检索。
